Wedding and Reception Package

La Fenouillière recommends its wedding package. In order to simplify planning your wedding reception, our package features a several course meal at a fixed price per guest.

OUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Rental fees for our climate-controlled hall.

Round or rectangular tables with cloth tablecloths and napkins

A wedding atmosphere with candles on every table.

A floral arrangement on the head table and floral centrepieces
on each of the guest tables.

A selection of appropriate mood music to
be played during the meal.

Bar open until 3 a.m.

A large parking lot with free parking.

VWine and vegetable platters served on the outdoor terrace
by the pool (temperature permitting).

Two ( 2 ) glasses of bubbly Veuve de Vernay Blanc de Blancs
per person and two glasses of red or white wine
per person during the meal (guest's choice)

To know about our banquet

A tentative reservation date is not in any way binding on the client and allows you to be first on the list for reserving the banquet hall on the date in question.

A 10% deposit of the estimated cost is required when reserving our banquet hall, payable upon signing the contract. The balance is payable at the end of the reception.

Deposits are non-refundable.

S.O.C.A.N. copyright fees will be charged.
With dancing $41.13, taxes not included.
No dancing $20.56, taxes not included.
The DJ, musicians or other entertainers must set up their equipment in the banquet hall before 4 p.m. the day of the reception or according to other arrangements made, if applicable.

Service and administration charges of 15% will be added to the price of the menu. The GST (6%) and PST (7.5%) apply as well.

The client must confirm the number of guests expected and/or number of meals to serve 48 hours before the reception. The number of confirmed meals will be the minimum figure used for calculating the invoice.

Any beverage and/or drink consumed onsite must be provided
by La Fenouillière.
Children aged 0 to 5 years eat free and those aged 6 to 12 years eat at half price.

Prices are in effect until December 31, 2007.
