PORT SERVED PER BOTTLE La Fenouillière offers to store your unfinished bottle of port in our wine cellar.
Finding yourself left with an unfinished bottle of wine after your meal is not a problem at La Fenouillire. Our staff will add argon gas to preserve your wine, then seal the bottle in your name until your next visit (see your server for details).
PORT SERVED PER GLASS In addition to being able to choose from our selection of Offley Forresteret Ferreira house wines, you have the option of purchasing port per glass. The taste and freshness of our ports are preserved through our argon-based system that prevents oxidation. The argon gas added to the resealed bottle settles on the surface of the wine since it is heavier than air, thus preventing the oxygen from coming into contact with the wine and spoiling it.
